Proposal for new Health Sciences Department (Dr. Lori Livingston) MOVED that the proposal for a Department of Health Sciences be referred to Senate Academic Committee, Senate Undergraduate Studies Committee, and Senate Budget Committee. 18.		LUSU appointment to Senate Undergraduate Studies Committee (Ms. Neva Bassingthwaite) MOVED that Greg Mulzer be appointed to the Senate Undergraduate Studies Committee for 2010-2011 replacing Gavin Halford.

19.	19.1 19.2 19.3	Approval of Adjunct Professors Faculty of Social Science & Humanities MOVED that Dr. R. Ariss be appointed as an External Adjunct Professor to the Department of Sociology for the term July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2014. MOVED that Dr. C. Fogel be appointed as an Internal Adjunct Professor to the Department of Sociology for the term August 1, 2010 through June 30, 2014. 20.			Report from the University Secretary ^{Added KR Jan 28 2011} Dr. Todd Randall will be the Faculty Representative on Senate for the term commencing immediately through Jne 30, 2013.
21.			Adjunct Professor Renewals (Information Only) Faculty of Social Science & Humanities Dr. Len Hunt's appointment as an External Adjunct Professor to the Department of Outdoor Recreation has been renewed retroactively from July 1, 2010 for a 4 year term through June 30, 2014. Faculty of Health and Behavioural Sciences Dr. Jaroslav Kotalik's appointment as an Internal Adjunct Professor to the Master of Public Health program has been renewed retroactively from July 1, 2010 for a 4 year term through June 30, 2014. Dr. Joel Andersen's appointment as an Adjunct Professor to the Master of Public Health program has been renewed retroactively from July 1, 2010 for a 4 year term through June 30, 2014. Faculty of Science & Environmental Studies Dr. Dongfang Yang's appointment as an External Adjunct Professor to the Department of Chemistry has been renewed for a 4 year term from January, 2011 through June, 2015.

22.			Fall 2010 late additions to graduand list (Ms. Brenda Winter) The Senate's "Enabling Motion Graduands on Record" empowers the Dean of the Faculty and Registrar to approve late additions to the graduands' list who had not appeared on the convocation list. No motion is necessary. The list will be distributed at the meeting.
