I spent a year studying abroad in Bergen, Norway, and it was genuinely one of the best decisions I have ever made. It was an incredible opportunity to learn Norwegian and embrace Norwegian culture, and I had a great time in my courses. Most of all, though, I’m forever going to cherish the people I met and the experiences I had with them. I have new friends all across the world to visit someday, and countless memories that will stay with me forever. It might have been a scary decision and there were challenges along the way, but the experience has changed me for the better in a way nothing else could have.
