We're excited to announce the release of the 7th edition of Our Trail to Wellness, focusing on Occupational Wellness for all members of our Lakehead community—students, faculty, and staff alike. This issue offers practical strategies to achieve balance, purpose, and satisfaction in your work and studies. It highlights the importance of building meaningful connections, embracing challenges, and aligning your daily efforts with personal values. Fostering growth and creating supportive environments are at the heart of this edition.

Key highlights include: insights from career development experts; an overview of the EPID@Work study; details on Thrive Week and the launch of Lakehead Gathers; and tailored resources such as career services, co-op programmes, and training opportunities. This issue invites reflection on how finding purpose and creating positive dynamics can enhance well-being across our entire community.
