Loving Kindness Meditation

Our most important relationship is the one we have with ourselves. Celebrate Love Week with Student Health and Wellness by joining counsellor Alexa Hiebert for a guided self-love and kindness meditation.

As RuPaul says, "If you can't love yourself, how in the hell are you gonna love somebody else?" This session will help you cultivate self-love and compassion, allowing you to extend the same warmth to those around you. Take a pause, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling refreshed and empowered.
