Join Student Health and Wellness and the Food Resource Centre for Chopped U, a hands-on cooking class where you’ll prep and build your own nourishing bowl using simple, affordable ingredients. This interactive session focuses on practical meal prep strategies that fit into a busy student schedule. 

You’ll leave with new recipe ideas, time-saving tips, and realistic approaches to planning ahead so you can stay fuelled and focused throughout the semester.

Celebrate Nutrition Month with Student Health and Wellness and the Food Resource Centre at our Smoothie Bowl Bar. Drop in to build your own smoothie bowl and enjoy a free, nourishing snack while connecting with Peer Wellness Educators. Learn simple, budget-friendly tips for meal planning, using affordable ingredients like frozen fruit, and stretching your grocery dollars during the busy final stretch of the semester.

Drop by this Take 10 with the Peer Wellness Educators for quick, practical support as you get ahead of exams. Get ideas on how you can map out a realistic study plan, prioritize upcoming deadlines, and think through a time management approach that reduces last-minute stress.

PWE will share simple planning tools and tips for building a schedule that includes sleep, movement, and breaks alongside study time. Stop in for a few minutes, ask questions, and leave with a clearer plan to tackle exams while still protecting your wellbeing.

Stay in the Game- Responsible Gambling

Think you know the odds? Test your sports betting knowledge with fun trivia, score expert tips on responsible gambling, and learn about resources to help you stay in control. Plus, free giveaways just for participating! Whether you're filling out a bracket or just enjoying the madness, make sure you're making informed choices.

DeStress Fest

Take a well-deserved break before exams at De-Stress Fest! Hosted by Student Health and Wellness in partnership with Student Success, ResLife, and Enactus, this event is all about helping you recharge with fun and relaxing activities. Drop by to unwind, connect, and take a moment for yourself before the busy exam season.

As part of Nutrition Month, join Student Health & Wellness for Herb Planting and Pot Painting! There will be a variety of herbs to choose from to add to your hand-painted pot, as well as easy recipes and food resources to support you on your nutrition journey! We can't wait to see you there!
