Whether you're looking to reset your sleep schedule or simply enjoy a moment of calm, this event is the perfect way to recharge.

Brunch Bar kicks off now and will happen weekly on alternating Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 10 am - 12 pm in Alumni Commons. The menu rotates weekly, but you can always expect some toast, yogurt parfaits, and fruit, plus the occasional special feature. Gluten-free and vegan options are always available.
Get moving and enjoy an afternoon of yoga, yard games, and community! Challenge your friends to Spikeball, volleyball, giant Jenga, and more, or come on your own and meet fellow Thunderwolves in a fun, welcoming environment. Drop-in outdoor yoga sessions will be offered throughout the afternoon (class times to be announced), so you can join whenever it fits your schedule. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with Lakehead Athletics staff and learn about the free fitness and recreation programs available to students. Stay for a few minutes or spend the afternoon.

We'll provide all the materials and guide you through creating a bee-friendly water station you can take home and place in your garden, on your balcony, or in another outdoor space. Along the way, you'll learn why pollinators are so important and how small actions can make a big difference for local ecosystems.
