WellU Wednesday: Pee for Pizza

Did you know the most common symptom of a sexually transmitted infection is none at all? That’s why regular testing is one of the best ways to take care of your health and your partners'.

Student Health and Wellness, in partnership with the Thunder Bay District Health Unit’s sexual health team and LUSU, is offering confidential, drop-in STI testing at The Outpost from 11 am-2 pm.

The WellU Challenge

Start the year by checking in with yourself and setting a wellness goal that works for you.

The WellU Challenge gives you a chance to see where you’re at, choose one healthy habit you’d like to focus on, and set a simple goal for yourself. Then, before October 18, come back and complete another check-in to see what’s changed.

Your goal can be anything that supports your wellbeing, from getting more active or improving your sleep to managing stress, connecting with others, or making time for something you enjoy.
