GOVAXX Bus

The province’s GO-VAXX mobile vaccine bus will be rolling back to campus!

The GO-VAXX bus will be set up on campus from 11 am to 5 pm on Saturday, March 18th, administering the bi-valent vaccine. Students, faculty, staff, and community members will be able to receive a first, second, third or fourth dose of the vaccine. No appointment is required.

It's February, which means love is in the air. And you know what else is in the air? A whole world of bacterial and viral infections just waiting to make themselves at home in your vulnerable mucus membranes. Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) aren’t gross, yucky, a sign of poor judgement or character, or even all that uncommon. In fact, if you have sex, you’re probably going to end up getting one. You’re literally more likely to get one than to never get one. You might even have one right now and not know it. And that’s not the end of the world.

Come and join Student Health & Wellness for a game of Sexual Health Bingo, which we will be geared towards breaking down the stigma surrounding all things sex and masturbation! There will be sexual health prizes for the winners! Let’s talk about sex!

Join Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist Carolyn and Chiropractor Dr. Tara for an introduction to your pelvic floor, back and hips and how their healthy functioning and mobility contributes to intercourse. Learn how muscles and your nervous system can influence intimacy, as well as general information regarding lubrications, vaginal skin care, and exercises that can help with enjoyable intercourse!

Valentine's Day Card Marking

What better way to let someone know you are grateful for their presence in your life than with a hand made Valentine's Day card? Stop by Simcoe Hall and make and decorate cards with your Peer Wellness Team and show your appreciation to someone. Calligraphy lessons will be available if you would like to make your card look extra fancy and learn a new skill that promotes relaxation and presence.
