Take a well-deserved break before exams at De-Stress Fest! Hosted by Student Health and Wellness in partnership with Student Success, this event is all about helping you recharge with fun and relaxing activities. Drop by to unwind, connect, and take a moment for yourself before the busy exam season. There will be cookie decorating, warm beverages, affirmation bracelets, games, colouring, and mental health resources to help support feelings of stress and anxiety. In recognition of CMHA Mental Health Week, Student Health and Wellness is offering safeTALK to a
safeTALK is an in-person workshop to build skills in suicide prevention. Participants will learn how to recognize and engage with someone thinking about suicide, overcome attitudes that act as barriers to help, talk openly about suicide and connect with intervention resources for further support.
