Today is MIRRORLESS MONDAY:
Take a break from the mirror today and be good to yourself and your body. Accept yourself as you are and embrace the strengths and positive qualities you possess. Remember that a mirror can't reflect how amazing you really are.
Everyone has different strengths regardless of their shape or size. Let yours shine.
Join your Peer Wellness Educators and the Student Life Committee for RomComs & Red Flags! We'll be watching The Kissing Booth, and identifying all of the relationship red flags throughout the movie. Snacks will be provided.
This event is only for students living in residence.
Did you know? Sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections (STBBIs**) like chlamydia and gonorrhea often have no symptoms. Regular testing is key to staying healthy and preventing the transmission of STBBIs.
Book an appointment for STBBI testing with Student Health and Wellness in February and receive a free PopTart!
How to Book:
* Request an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner through MySuccess using the "Orillia Wellness Request Form"
