2006-2007 NSERC Recipients

Lakehead University and the Department of Biology are pleased to announce the results of the Natural Science and Engineering Research Canada (NSERC) competition. 

 

NSERC DISCOVERY GRANT

Dr. David Law has received $125,000 for his research entitled "Functional genomics and biochemistry of shoot apical meristems".

 

RESEARCH TOOLS AND INSTRUMENT GRANT

Dr. Douglas Morris has received funding for his research involving "TElemetry and Smart TECnology (TESTEC) for interactive field experiments".
