Welcome Dr. Samantha Walker!

The Department of Anthropology is delighted to welcome Dr. Sam Walker as an Assistant Professor (tenure-track) at our Orillia campus. Dr. Walker is an accomplished anthropological archaeologist with expertise in Northeastern North America. Her excellence as a teacher and mentor, her active and innovative research program, and her deep commitment to community-led and reconciliatory archaeology make her an exceptional addition to our Department.
