We know the presence of business and vendors can be an integral part of many events. That being said, in order to protect the University's status as an academic institution, the Commercial Activities Policy was developed. This policy, overseen by the office of Conference Services, ensures the University does not transform into a commercial market and that relationships with local businesses and stakeholders are maintained.
