12.			Approval of Adjunct Professors (Dr. Gillian Siddall)

	12.1		MOVED that the following Adjunct Professor for the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities be approved.

			Dr. Susan Forbes be appointed as an External Adjunct Professor to the Department of Women’s Studies for the term July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2017.

	12.2		MOVED that the following Adjunct Professor for the Faculty of Engineering be approved.

			Dr. Tribeni Sharma be appointed as an External Adjunct Professor to the Department of Civil Engineering for the term July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2017.

13.			Approval of Professional Associate (Dr. Gillian Siddall)

			MOVED that the following Professional Associate for the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities be approved.

			Mr. Matthew Szybalski be appointed as a Professional Associate to the Department of History for the term July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2017.

14.			Student Appointments to Senate, Senate Executive Committee, and Standing Committees

	14.1		MOVED that Ms. Charmaine Romaniuk, LUSU Vice-President Student Issues, be appointed to the Senate and the Senate Executive Committee for a term commencing immediately through June 30, 2014.

	14.2		MOVED that Mr. Peter Luong (Graduate student) be appointed to the Senate Academic Information Technologies Committee and Senate Teaching & Learning Committee for a term commencing immediately through June 30, 2014.

	14.3		MOVED that Mr. Connor Inglis be appointed to the Senate Undergraduate Scholarships & Bursaries Committee for a term commencing immediately through June 30, 2014.
