Sexual assault, especially on university and college campuses, has been the topic of numerous news reports and conversations recently.  How prevalent is this problem and what are the solutions?

At Lakehead University’s next In Conversation event at the Orillia Public Library, two professors will present various perspectives, including those of students and community service providers, as well as responses by universities.

His co-presenter is Dr. Andrea Quinlan, currently a postdoctoral fellow at Cornell University. Her research examines responses to sexual assault and the history of anti-rape activism in Canada and the U.S. She is the co-editor of the forthcoming book, Sexual Violence on Canadian University and College Campuses.
