Faculty of Law Opening Ceremony September 2013

Following the Welcome to the Profession Ceremony at the Courthouse, the students and Faculty were led behind the Thunder Bay Pipe and Drum band into the new home of the Faculty of Law - the Port Arthur Collegiate Institute (PACI).

The ceremony opening the Faculty of Law at Lakehead had various dignitaries and distinguished speakers to welcome the students and congratulate Lakehead University on this historic occasion. See the photos below and click on the "i" button for their names.

The ceremony was opened with an Honour Song by Audrey DeRoy (not pictured) and a prayer by Elder Gerry Martin (not pictured). Bill Mauro, MPP Thunder Bay-Atikokan also spoke but is not pictured below.
