Welcome to the Profession Ceremony

On September 4, 2013, the Faculty of Law at Lakehead University celebrated its Grand Opening.

At 9 am, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on Camelot St welcomed the Faculty and new students for a "Welcome to the Profession ceremony", with many members of the local bar and bench present. The students were each announced along with their hometowns and were then presented with a commemorative edition of the Rules of Professional Conduct from the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Following the Welcome to the Profession Ceremony, the Faculty Grand Opening was held in the PACI gymnasium.
