As Reading Week approaches, a great way to prioritize your self-care is by cuddling up with a new book! Join Student Health and Wellness in Simcoe Hall to go on a blind date with a book and prioritize yourself this reading week and beyond. We will have books wrapped up and available for you to take, as well as wrapping paper and markers for you to bring your own books and participate in a book swap.

This event aims to create a safe, inclusive space for learning and open dialogue around body image, mental health, and recovery.
