Celebrate World Sleep Day with Student Health & Wellness at Snooze-A-Palooza, an event dedicated to all things rest! Grab a cup of soothing tea at The Wellness Tea Bar, pick up an "All Nighter Kit," and decorate a sleep journal. Learn about the importance of sleep and how to create a healthy nightly routine that works for you! We can't wait to see you there!

Take 10: Enjoying the Outdoors

Step away from your screen and stop by Student Health and Wellness' Take10 info table to explore how spending time outdoors can boost your mood, sharpen focus, and help manage stress, even in colder temperatures. Chat with our Peer Wellness Educators about simple ways to make time outside feel more enjoyable year-round, from layering tips and quick movement breaks to finding small moments of nature between classes. Grab ideas, share what works for you, and take a few minutes to reset with us.

March is Nutrition Month! Join Student Health and Wellness and have a SOUP-er day.

  • Grab a FREE bowl of soup from the kiosk (while supplies last)
  • Drop off a donation for the food pantry
  • Learn some cost-saving grocery and meal-prep tips
  • Test your knowledge with food trivia!


We will have events all month long to support healthy eating and food security, so be sure to check out our calendar for other Nutrition Month events.

With exams fast approaching, staff from Student Success will be at Breakfast Bar this week to share some study tips and help you feel prepared and confident heading into the final stretch of the semester. Drop by to grab some fuel to start your day and connect with Student Success!

Need some fuel to start your day? You're invited to Breakfast Bar! Happening every Thursday from 9am - 11am, drop by to make your own breakfast, learn some low-cost and nutritious breakfast recipes and cost-saving strategies, and connect with peers. We will occasionally have special guests present to share information about timely topics.

Breakfast will include toast and yogurt, both with a variety of toppings that will rotate each week. On occasion, we'll also have special feature items for you to try!
