Aboriginal People's Court Forum with Justice Mandamin

The Bora Laskin Faculty of Law is pleased to announce a free, intensive LSAT Prep Course!
It will be held in at the Faculty of Law building on 401 Red River Road. Tuesday & Thursday evening sessions from 6:30 - 9:30 pm. May 12 - June 4; plus 2 practice test sessions on Saturday mornings 9:30 - 1:00 May 23 & May 30. This will be a free course. Funding has been generously provided by the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law and the Law Foundation of Ontario.
This unique LSAT prep course incorporates an interactive hands-on learning approach. It includes the use of concrete manipulatives (hands-on learning) for the Analytical Reasoning section, graphic organizers and group work for the Logical Reasoning and Reading Comprehension questions, as well as promotes Computer Adaptive Testing technology for a more efficient study regimen. The course instructor is a trained teacher and he understands the stress of the LSAT well - he improved his own LSAT score from 135 to 90%+ percentile using this methodology that he has developed.
If you wish to register, please email law@lakeheadu.ca and include the below questions & responses in your email. If you are chosen as one of the 20 students, you will be notified and sent an Enrolment Agreement. Priority will be given to students who have graduated, are just graduating or just are finished year 3, that intend to apply to law school this fall.

2. I am intending to apply to law school this fall, for entry in September 2016; yes or no
3. I am registered to write the June 8, 2015 LSAT test; yes or no
4. I am available to attend the evening sessions and at least 1 of the Saturday sessions.

Presentations will be provided by the Akwesasne Court, Provincial Court of British Columbia - First Nation Court, Penobscot Nation Judicial System, and Indigenous Peoples’ Court of Thunder Bay among others.
