Lakehead University’s Bora Laskin Faculty of Law is proud to be hosting a conference aimed at current Canadian law students titled, 'Indigenous Law Across Landscapes: Languages, Lands, and New Directions.'
Registration for conference is free for all Canadian law students and is open now - please follow the link here.
Please note that spaces are limited. We have reserved 50% of the seats for our Bora Laskin Faculty of Law students. We will monitor the registrations closely and advise if / when capacity has been reached and inform any students who may be placed on a waitlist.

Aboriginal Justice Systems Conference
Please join us for this informative and timely event on justice forums for Aboriginal peoples. The event will begin with Opening Remarks from distinguished Professor John Borrows, University of Victoria.
Presentations will be provided by the Akwesasne Court, Provincial Court of British Columbia - First Nation Court, Penobscot Nation Judicial System, and Indigenous Peoples’ Court of Thunder Bay among others.
