Canada is full of new flavours and items to try, but sometimes you just want to have flavours or items from home. Join your Student Engagement & Cultural Coordinator, Krista McAllister, in the International Student Lounge to explore all of the all of the different global food markets in Thunder Bay, where to find them, and what types of items these markets sell.

Forest Therapy is based on the Japanese practice of "Shinrin-yoku" (Forest Bathing), which is a form of therapeutic relaxation in which your senses are immersed in nature to relax, heighten awareness and form a deeper connection to nature. As a certified guide, I believe in the healing power of nature. Walks provide an intentional space to slow down, breathe deeply and remember the quiet strength that lives within you. 

Come hang out with your Student Engagement & Cultural Coordinator, Krista, in the International Centre to make a fun, Canadian-themed craft. This is a great way to meet new friends, ask questions, and get to know the International Centre better!
