To celebrate your success we invite you and your family to attend a special celebration hosted by Lakehead University International. For all our graduating students, please join us for our Lakehead International Graduation Party.

This is a joyful, low-pressure event where everyone is welcome to participate, connect with friends, and celebrate together.

Wear something bright, bring your festive energy, and get ready for an afternoon of culture, creativity, and colourful memories.

Get ready for a little luck and a lot of chocolate at our St. Patrick’s Day Chocolate Coin Hunt! Join us for a light-hearted, just-for-fun hunt packed with hidden chocolate treasures waiting to be discovered. Hunt times are at 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM, so pick your time and bring your best treasure-spotting skills.

Our Lakehead International Leprechauns are already busy planning some extra tricky hiding spots — so be prepared to search high and low! There’s no competition — just laughs and bragging rights for anyone who finds the most coins. Grab your friends and see how lucky you are!

International Women's Day is a global day (celebrated annually on March 8th) honouring the achievements of women and calls to action for the acceleration of women's equality.

Join Lakehead University International on March 5th to celebrate the important women in our lives, share our stories, and to learn about influential Canadian women.All students, staff, and faculty are invited to celebrate International Women's Day in the International Centre. Join us between 12:00pm and 3:00pm for crafts, conversation, celebration, a tea party and light snacks, as we celebrate the strong, smart, caring women at Lakehead and beyond!

Consider wearing the colour purple to show your love and support for women. All are welcome.

As the winter term comes to a close, this final Positivi-tea session offers a moment to look back on your journey and acknowledge your growth.

Through guided reflection and gentle intention-setting, we’ll celebrate resilience, honour progress, and create space for what’s ahead. Join us to close the term with gratitude, calm, and hope for the seasons to come.
