We are a law school committed to making a difference, providing access to justice, and leading the way for northern communities. Explore our web site to learn more about the opportunities and innovative offerings we are engaged in.

Welcome Day for Admitted Students
On February 16th, 2018, the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law warmly welcomed a group of admitted students and their supporters. The prospective students received their offers of admission for the 3-year Juris Doctor (JD) program and we hope they decide to join our class of 2021!
The day was filled with a range of sessions including examples of our innovative curriculum, financing options, and a panel consisting of students from each year of the program. Dr. Ryan Alford gave the group a typical law school lecture, and members of the Thunder Bay Law Association joined us for a catered dinner in the PACI Auditorium. The day wrapped up with a performance by Wolfie and the Thunderwolves Basketball team on main campus! Our amazing student volunteers helped potential law students feel at home in our city and in the Faculty of Law. Thank you to everyone that helped to make the day run smoothly and welcome our new students!
A special thank you to our generous supporters, The Waterfront District BIA and St Paul Roastery.
