THRIVE WEEK: Positivi-tea - Finding Our Footing

The start of a new term can feel exciting, overwhelming, or a mix of both - especially in winter. As part of THRIVE WEEK, this session offers a gentle space to pause, reflect, and ground yourself as you settle into the term. Whether you’re new to campus or returning, join us for calm conversation, guided reflection, and a reminder that it’s okay not to have everything figured out yet.

Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to connect and grow together!

(OR) National Non-Smoking Week

As part of National Non-Smoking Week, Lakehead students, staff, and faculty are invited to stop by to  connect with the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit and explore resources related to smoking, vaping, and other nicotine products. Student Health and Wellness will also share practical strategies for building and sustaining healthy habits.

Whether you are thinking about quitting, cutting back, or supporting someone else, this event offers an opportunity to ask questions and gather information about nicotine cessation.

The event is open to the Lakehead community.

(OR) Movie Night

Join SHW and Residence and cozy up for a relaxing movie night! Popcorn and candy will be provided. All are welcome!

This event is open to students, staff, and faculty.
