This is a mandatory event, all new students should plan to attend Welcome Day.

Preparing to travel abroad and begin your student life in Canada can feel overwhelming. Our team is here to help you every step of the way! Join us to discuss things to consider as you plan your move, meet your advisors, and get organized, so you can feel confident as you begin your journey at Lakehead. Information will also be provided for students moving with dependants, including enrolling in school, daycare, and more.

Starting university this fall? Registration Ready is a webinar series designed to help you with the course registration process and other important aspects of your university career, like navigating the Academic Calendar, understanding university regulations and the requirements of your program. Whether you are an undergraduate or graduate international student, we have a webinar specifically for you! You'll be walked through a registration demonstration, including searching for courses, planning a balanced timetable, and registering for courses and have the opportunity to ask questions and get support from members of the Registrarial Services and Lakehead University International teams.
