13.			Report of Senate Joint NOSM Committee (J. Farrell) MOVED that the amendments to the NOSM Code of Student Conduct be approved as presented.
14.	14.1 14.2		Approval of Adjunct Professors Faculty of Science and Environmental Studies MOVED that Dr Alireza Somarin be appointed as an Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Science and Environmental Studies, Department of Geology, for the term July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2013. Faculty of Engineering MOVED that Dr. Tribeni Sharma be appointed as an Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Engineering, Civil Engineering Department, for the term July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2013. MOVED that Dr. Myint Win Bo be appointed as an Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Engineering, Civil Engineering Department, for the term July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2013.
