Ontario/Baden-Württemberg (Germany) Faculty Research Exchange
Lakehead University is now a member of the Ontario/Baden-Württemberg consortium of universities. This program offers a range of exchange opportunities for Lakehead University faculty and students with all nine research universities in the German state of Baden-Württemberg:

Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg
Karlsruher Institut für Technologie
Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen
Applications are currently being accepted for the 2019-2020 OBW Faculty Research Exchange, which promotes and strengthens research partnerships between Ontario and Baden-Württemberg. Grants are available for up to 10 faculty members from Ontario, and 10 from Baden-Württemberg. All fields are eligible. Research stays from one to six months are supported by the program. Ontario faculty members are funded by the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities; grants cover travel expenses and a monthly stipend of $1,750.
