Come by the study to connect with your fellow Thunderwolves and reps from Pride Central, the Gender Equity Centre, Rainbow Collective, Thunder Pride, the Thunder Bay Indigenous Friendship and Student Health and Wellness. You'll learn more about the pride community on and off campus and the services available to you while also getting to know one another!

Join Pride Central and Student Health and Wellness for an intro to the Lakehead Athletic Facilities and Campus Rec Programming. Reps from Athletics and Campus Rec will discuss their inclusive programming options and Health Promoter and Registered Kinesiologist, Lindsey Wachter, will give a tour of the facilities and answer any and all questions you might have about getting active this school year.

The Refresh Sleep program aims to provide Lakehead students, staff and faculty with the skills and strategies to achieve more restful nights.
When you join the Refresh Sleep program, you will receive a weekly email for eight weeks that has an attached PDF with important information and tips that have been proven to help improve sleep.
