Drop by Maawnjigamig Where We Gather (OR 1013) for tea, teachings, and seed sharing. Join us for herbal tea and collective discussions, learn about different plants that grow in this area, and pick up some seeds to grow at home!

It's LEAP DAY - every four years we get an extra day on February 29th. Why not use this extra 24 hours to be nice to yourself? If you struggle with making time for yourself, set aside today for self-growth and recovery. 

Student Health and Wellness will be leaping around campus throughout the day sharing treats and ideas to help you Treat Yo' Self.

Take 10: Egg Hunt

Take a break from your studies and join a campus-wide hunt for Easter eggs. Student Health and Wellness has hidden 48 multicolored plastic eggs around the Thunder Bay campus for students to destress and welcome the spring season. 

Take 10: March Madness

Tis the season for college hoops and end of term madness, drop by Student Health and Wellness' table for a chance at  a fun basketball shooting activity and learn the winning bracket of combatting exam season.

 

 

Living a Financially Healthy Life

Please join us on March 27th at 1:00 in The Study for "Living a Financially Healthy Life" workshop. This workshop is here to help you with tips on budgeting, spending and planning. Lunch will be provided and there will be plenty of time for Q and A. Everyone who attends will be entered in a draw for a prize basket.
