Participants will learn how to recognize and engage with someone thinking about suicide, overcome attitudes that act as barriers to help, talk openly about suicide and connect with intervention resources for further support.

Mindful Meditation

Join Student Health and Wellness for live, counsellor-led mindful meditation sessions every Wednesday in our activity room.

No experience necessary – whether you are new to mindfulness or practice regularly, having the support of a group can help strengthen your practice.

Open to all students, staff and faculty.

Intro to Meditation

Have you been wanting to start meditating but aren’t sure where to start? Student Health and Wellness is offering an email-based, 6-week Introduction to Meditation program. Each week, you will get advice, resources and mindfulness practices to try.

The first email will be sent out on June 7th.

Open to students, staff and faculty.
