Operating Grant: Leadership Award for Vaccine Research

The specific objectives of this funding opportunity are to:

• Promote the career development of mid-career investigators from Canadian academic institutions to ensure the continuous expansion of expertise related to vaccine research;
• Create and mobilize new knowledge in vaccine research for infectious diseases by providing support via a mutually beneficial exchange of expertise between researchers and partner organizations; and
• Position mid-career researchers as national and international leaders in vaccine research for infectious diseases of epidemic potential.
