How to Apply: 

Capacity Building Initiative (CBI) - Master’s 

Description 
This CBI supports a graduate student at the Master’s level conducting research in the field of Veterans’ chronic pain.  
 
Eligibility  Candidates must: 
• Be registered in a Master’s program at a recognized Canadian university; 
• Propose supervised research in chronic pain with a focus on Canadian Armed Forces Veterans that is relevant to the CPCoE Vision and Mission; 
• Demonstrate high academic achievement. 
 

 

Capacity Building Initiative (CBI) - Doctoral 

Description 
This CBI supports a graduate student at the Doctoral level conducting research in the field of Veterans’ chronic pain.  
 
Eligibility 
Candidates must: 
• Be registered in a Doctoral program at a recognized Canadian university; 
• Propose a research project on chronic pain with a focus on Canadian Armed Forces Veterans that is relevant to the CPCoE Vision and Mission; 
• Demonstrate high academic achievement.
