Summer 2023 Field Schools

Las Nubes EcoCampus, Costa Rica The Las Nubes EcoCampus in Costa Rica is a York University campus. Lakehead students (3rd-4th year undergraduates and graduate students) can participate in summer field courses as Visiting Students. Eight 10-day courses in various disciplines are being offered in Summer 2023.

Grants are available! Through the CALAREO Consortium, grants to attend a field course are available for up to five Lakehead undergraduate students who are (1) indigenous students (2) low income students (3) students with disabilities Must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents.
