Join this session to understand how to fill out tax forms for new jobs, plus general information about obtaining a SIN/what a SIN is used for in Canada (who should and shouldn't be asking for it). The CRA will also cover the importance of filing taxes, and an overview of tax refunds in Canada and tax filing deadlines.

Let's enjoy the new semester with a wonderful ice-breaker event. We invite you to join us for board games where you can make new friends and have fun! We will also get to explore the International lounge.

Join Lakehead International Orillia to experience the classic Canadian Halloween tradition of Pumpkin Carving! This event is open to all students but registration is mandatory for this event. 

Please note that you must sign a waiver to participate in this event. Please also note that space is limited due to supplies, the registration form will be closed if we hit capacity. Registrants will be informed of the location of this event closer to the event date. 

Join us on Tuesday, November 28th, 2023 from 4:30 - 6:00 pm ET to participate in the Canadian winter holiday tradition of decorating Gingerbread! All supplies needed will be provided.

The location for this event will be on campus at University Ave, but specific details will be announced to registrants closer to the date.
