International Women's Day is a global day honouring the achievements of women and calls to action for the acceleration of women's equality. Join Lakehead International on March 7th to celebrate the important women in our lives, to learn about influtential Canadian women and to find #StrengthInOurStories. All students, staff, and faculty are invited to celebrate International Women's Day in the International Centre Lounge. Join us throughout the day for photos, social media engagement, crafts & button making, hot chocolate, and popcorn. Consider wearing the colour purple to show your love and support for women. All are welcome.
