A presentation and discussion session: Nurses' Ethical Decision Making Within Hierarchical Structures
? Every nursing action has an ethical component, and as nurses work to resolve ethical problems they often have difficulty bringing about an ethically-appropriate resolution, rather than not knowing what to do.
? A recent research study involved the use of a relational lens to describe the interface between nurses and their employing organizations as the nurses sought to resolve ethical problems in their practice.

This new series will occur monthly throughout the academic year in MSW 1002 (Medical School Lab). The first session begins Monday, Sept. 22 from 7-9 pm focusing on Conflict Resolution.
