Psi Chi is an international honourary society that celebrates academic success and scientific advancement in the field of psychology.

Lakehead University is the 3rd chapter in Canada to receive membership and will be hosting its inaugural ceremony for the first group of inductees on Friday, Nov. 1 in the Agora from 1-3 pm.

Lakehead University is also happy to welcome Dr. Paul Hettich, a Psi Chi Honour Society International Ambassador from DePaul University. He will be giving a lecture entitled Surviving Your First Year in the Workplace with a Baccalaureate Degree as part of the Faculty Distinguished Speaker Series.

This hands-on workshop will focus on the basics of D2L. Participants will learn how to navigate D2L and upload content, best practices, and how to access the myriad of resources intended to assist you in tailoring your course site.
