SEEDS‑STBBI Awards

How to Apply: 
The Feast Centre for Indigenous STBBI Research is sharing an award opportunity for Indigenous students, trainees, health professional learners, community-based researchers, peer leaders, service providers, Knowledge Holders, artists, advocates, and organizations whose work connects to Indigenous STBBI health, HIV, sexual health, harm reduction, Two‑Spirit and Indigiqueer wellbeing, land-based healing, community care, research, advocacy, or knowledge sharing.
The SEEDS‑STBBI Awards are designed as catalyst funding to support Indigenous‑led, community‑grounded work—especially early‑stage activities such as relationship‑building, planning, governance development, and land‑based approaches.
  • 3 awards available (1 First Nations‑led, 1 Métis‑led, 1 Inuit‑led)
  • ~$100,000 per award
  • First submission (mandatory): July 7, 2026
  • Final submission: August 18, 2026
