As fall settles in, join us for our first Positivi-Tea session of the school year!

Together, we’ll reflect on fresh starts, making friends, and finding your place at Lakehead. We’ll also explore the big and small things that help us feel grounded and grateful, sharing meaningful moments and simple gratitude practices that support our emotional well-being.
