Calendar changes submitted in accordance with these deadlines shall be considered for inclusion in the following fall’s Academic Calendar. For example, calendar changes for new programs and major modifications submitted by July 1, 2020 and, at the Senate Referral Stage by September 30, 2020, shall be considered for inclusion in the 2021-2022 Academic Calendar. In exceptional circumstances Senate Committees will review calendar changes submitted after these deadlines. These deadlines are effective for all future proposed calendar changes, commencing with those proposed for inclusion in the 2021-2022 Academic Calendar. |
