At Lakehead University, our strategic plan serves as our compass, guiding decision-making with a focus on achievement of long-term goals aligned to our mission and vision.

Through the implementation of the current strategic plan, Lakehead University has achieved many successes that are cause for celebration despite operating in a highly constrained environment.

Looking ahead, we remain firm in the belief that Lakehead University’s role as a regional comprehensive research-intensive university has boundless potential to actively contribute to positive change in the world.

As Lakehead University embarks on the development of its next strategic plan, we want to hear from members of our university and the communities we serve.

Over the coming weeks and months we will be hosting a number of facilitated engagement sessions, with information to follow in future communications bulletins.

Members of the community are also invited to provide input through this short, confidential survey, or directly to strategicplan@lakeheadu.ca. All information received through this channel will remain confidential and will not be attributed to any specific person/group.

Your input will assist the Board in setting our strategic priorities for the next five years.
