At Lakehead Orillia, we understand the challenge of maintaining a positive and healthy balance between personal, work and family life. As a result, we provide a range of supportive resources, information and assistance to employees to support work-life balance.

  • Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP)
    Provides free short-term confidential counseling and referrals for employees and their dependants who may have personal, family and work-related concerns.

  • BounceBack
    A free skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry.

  • Togetherall
    A free online mental health support network for Ontarians 16+. UK-based Togetherall is available to Ontarians through Ontario Health (OTN) with support from the Ontario Ministry of Health.

  • BEACON
    BEACON digital therapy (iCBT) is now available free of charge to support Ontarians through stress and mental well-being concerns during COVID-19, funded by the Government of Ontario.
