Looking to get certified in First Aid and CPR? St. John Ambulance is offering a Standard First Aid, CPR Level C course through a flexible blended learning model – complete part of the course online at your own pace, and the rest in person at Lakehead University in Orillia.

This presentation explores regulation as the foundation of well-being, highlighting how our nervous system states influence learning, collaboration, and creativity.
Drawing on research and lived experience, Heidi Warren shares practical, transferable tools to support resilience, balance, and compassion in everyday life. Participants will leave with strategies to try out as well as ideas to reflect on in their own contexts.
Due to the hands-on group work, the presentation will not be available via livestream.
