(OR) Stop the Stigma Kickoff

Student Health and Wellness is celebrating #NoStigmaNovember, a whole-campus initiative that aims to stop the stigma of struggling with mental health and normalize seeking help when needed. Stop by Simcoe Hall to learn about all the upcoming events and discover simple yet powerful ways to help reduce stigma and contribute to a supportive campus community.

Whether you're new to these conversations or looking to deepen your understanding, there's something here for everyone. Let's work together to Stop the Stigma—one conversation at a time.

Lakehead Fresh Market

Visit the Lakehead Fresh Market and stock up on fresh produce right on campus! The market is cashless and open to everyone in the Lakehead community, so remember to bring your own bag. Students experiencing food insecurity can also pick up discount coupons from the LUSU Food Resource Centre (UC2014b) to use at the market on Tuesday or Wednesday morning.
