Start SHARK Week (Sexual Health and Relationship Knowledge Week) with a little positivity. Stop by the Peer Wellness Educators’ Affirmation Flowers table on Monday to grab a flower with a positive affirmation and chat about sexual health, relationships, consent, and campus resources.

Feeling tired today? Grab a coffee with Student Health & Wellness at our cozy, low-pressure event dedicated to rest, relaxation, and recharging, because burnout is not a badge of honour. Snooze-A-Palooza is all about listening to what your body and mind need. Learn about the importance of sleep and how to have a healthy relationship with rest. Build a routine that works for you with supports and resources to promote healthy sleep habits!

Visit Student Health and Wellness and International team members to learn about Ramadan traditions, cultural practices, and health and wellness tips when observing Ramadan.

As Reading Week approaches, a great way to prioritize your self-care is by cuddling up with a new book! Join Student Health and Wellness in Simcoe Hall to go on a blind date with a book and prioritize yourself this reading week and beyond. We will have books wrapped up and available for you to take, as well as wrapping paper and markers for you to bring your own books and participate in a book swap.
