What is Intellectual Property?

It is widely believed that Intellectual Property ("IP") is the wave of the future, and one of the most valuable natural resource of the new millennium. Knowledge and innovation are fuelling today's economy and that of the future. It is therefore vital that everyone engaged in the research and the creation of intellectual property know of the different forms of Intellectual Property, and the rights, benefits, restrictions, and responsibilities that attach thereto.
