You are invited to attend a talk by Dr. Kim Anderson, Canada Research Chair in Indigenous Relationships, University of Guelph, on Thursday, November 7, at 7:30 pm in the CASES Atrium, Lakehead University Thunder Bay Campus. Dr. Anderson's talk is titled "Decolonizing Research Ethics: Challenges and Possibilities."

As a Métis scholar, Dr. Anderson has spent her career working to improve the health and well-being of Indigenous families in Canada. Much of her research is community partnered and has involved gender and Indigeneity, urban Indigenous knowledge, Indigenous masculinities, and Indigenous feminism.

The talk is co-sponsored by Aboriginal Initiatives, Research Services, and Indigenous Learning.
