On behalf of Mitacs and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), I am pleased to invite Canadian researchers, undergraduate and graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows to an information session on research and funding opportunities in the quantum sector between Canada and KIT. Participants from KIT will also be joining.

The session will feature presentations on quantum research and funding opportunities at KIT as well as through the Mitacs Globalink Research Award (GRA) program. KIT’s Institute of Quantum Materials and Technologies (IQMT) will present their research on quantum materials and kinetic inductance quantum systems. A detailed agenda is attached.

 June 9, 2026
