Shy-Anne Hovorka, singer/songwriter
Shy-Ann (HBA Music, 2000) returns to her alma mater to present a concert of songs that gained her multiple award nominations. Shy-Anne will be joined by guitarist and LU Music graduate Jordan Elcheson, and drummer Rob Benvegnu, also a Lakehead University graduate.
Shy-Anne Hovorka is an Aboriginal singer/songwriter from Northwestern Ontario. She is a nominee for the 2008 and 2009 Aboriginal Music Awards; best new artist, best song writer, and single of the year.
