The Superior Mental Wellness @ Work Get Real Photovoice contest!

The Superior Mental Wellness @ Work project has just launched our new Get Real campaign!

It’s a photovoice contest in which we are asking employees in Thunder Bay and across the District to submit a photo and caption that relates to either of two questions:

 1.       How do you really feel at work?

 2.       How do you take care of your mental health at work?

People can submit their photos online, by mail, or by dropping off their entry at a health unit office.

From the entries we receive, several will be selected to be included in a workplace mental wellness campaign later this fall, which will include a mobile art gallery.

All submissions will be kept anonymous!

Also, every participant will have a chance to win one of 10 gift cards valued at $50.

The contest will run until July 23 and prizes will be drawn on July 27.

Unfortunately, anyone under 18 and advisory group members are not eligible to participate.

However, we encourage all other Lakehead University employees to enter.
