March 20, 2020 UPDATE:
Due to the spread of CO-VID19, Niijii Indigenous Mentorship is transitioning to virtual hands-on activities that our students can partake in at home during these difficult times by conducting online sessions through Google Classroom and Google Hangout during this time of social distancing. We will be using household items to perform interesting and educational activities in science, the arts, and coding. We want to provide our students with space and time where they can come together to learn from each other to try and maintain some semblance of normalcy and consistency during these uncertain and challenging times.
Virtual Research Project Fair 2020
All Niijii Indigenous Mentorship students have been working diligently on their research projects that were originally meant to be displayed on campus in the Agora. However, due to recent events and school closures, AMP will be conducting an Online Virtual Fair where the students can create a video of themselves explaining their project or constructive design, create a website, create a business plan, or even create a documentary.
Virtual Research Project Guidelines: TBD - will be posted and sent out to students in the following week (Sunday, March 29th 2020).
Virtual Research Project Deadline: Extended to May 15th 2020.
