Tickets:

Every graduate wants to share this special occasion with family and friends. Graduands may invite up to three (3) guests to their ceremony.
 
Pick up options:

Pick up your tickets in advance: Starting Tuesday, May 23rd, 2017 you may pick up your guest's tickets at UC 1007, Enrolment Services - Academic Advising, Records and Registration.

  • Pick up your tickets the day of: On the day of your ceremony tickets will be available for your guests starting one hour prior to the beginning of the ceremony. Location: Front Lobby to the Auditorium.
If you require extra tickets, please email convocation@lakeheadu.ca and include your full name, student number, which ceremony you will be attending and how many extra tickets you will need.  Extra tickets will be dependent upon available seating once all students have had an opportunity to respond. Information about extra tickets will be provided one week prior to your ceremony and will be emailed to your Lakehead University account.

Accommodations:

Stay with us! Special Convocation rate starting at $25 per person a night plus tax

Stay in residence during Convocation and enjoy the following amenities:

  • Dormitory rooms, townhouses and apartments
  • Furnished rooms with bed linen and towels
  • Telephone and internet connection
  • Lounges equipped with televisions and cable
  • Access to laundry facilities
  • On-site food services and athletic centre availability

Accommodations can be arranged through Lakehead University Conference Services.
