Learning Assistance Centre
The Learning Assistance Centre addresses several different issues with respect to student needs, including accommodation, note-taking, and special examination arrangements. They will contact you directly if a student in your class has special learning needs. You are required to accommodate all students.
Your Lakehead University e-mail is the e-mail address that you should use in all correspondence with students and the Instructor. You must check this address regularly for news from the department.
Instructional Resources
Office space, email, telephone access, and photocopying are arranged through the department. Long distance phone calls are not to be made from department phones without prior approval. All photocopy requests must be approved by the department. Teaching Assistants will have access to a mailbox or file for mail.
Please approach the Instructor for any suggestions, or assistance in helping to run the course, or if you have any questions or concerns about your tutorials (if applicable).
